Description |
||||
This third light image from PROMPT2 is a fascinating area of young hot star formation in the LMC. The intense energy from this hot star formation produces not only reddish glow of the H alpha region in the nebula, but also disperses the hydrogen in the immediate area of star formation with resultant formation of a bubble-like nebula. This process is seen to the left of the larger nebula. Processed by Daniel Verschatse |
